Managing files on home network from iPhone?

Is this possible? I plan on going to Texas in the next couple of months and I would like to maintain my weekly torrenting of current TV shows. Now, I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 with iFile and a bittorrent client installed. I bought AirVideo a few months ago and I use it to watch whatever we have saved on an external hard drive.

Now I would like to be able to download torrents while I'm away and upload them to my external hard drive so both the wife and I can have access to the same shows. There are tons of ways to do the complete reverse, upload to the iPhone from any computer, but I really can't tote around a giant desktop PC while I'm job searching and visiting family. I'm prepared for any costs of apps, except for those Chinese ones that charge $2 for an app then another $15 to unlock the real features...
