Muppet Christmas Carol
Munkus Beaver on
Humor can be dissected as a frog can, but dies in the process.
They had a few shot with full-body Muppets in the older movies, you know.
weren't those all sideshots?
i remember being weirded out by those, but not to the extent of these shots.

Ever since I got my first router, my Network has been called Muppet Show and every PC has been named after a character:
Gonzo - desktop replacement laptop. Does a bit of everything, but not always well.
Beaker - The PhD thsis & data laptop.
Scooter - Go-anywhere Netbook.
Kermit - HTPC and system-of-truth.
Sweetums - Overclocked gaming rig.
Not only is it a rare interaction between Kermit and Rowlf (both Jim Henson puppets, so the technical achievement of this is impressive in it's own right - Jim had to do each part separately and cut the two together), it also more or less formed the foundation of all of my understanding of women ever since I was 7.
Although I think the crown probably goes to goes to Mahna Mahna.
The Proposal is a short film I created to propose to my longtime love, Sara.
Filmed and edited like a movie trailer, the proposal was shown in a real movie theater at the Red River Theater http://www.redrivertheatres.org in Concord New Hampshire on 12/12/10 at 4pm.
Dear friends and family snuck into the theater after the lights went down and were present when the trailer debuted.
I always liked Ralph and the Swedish Chef a lot - also Pepe and Rizzo.
I watched Muppets in Manhattan so many times as a kid... instant nostalgia whenever I see it now.

Except its made by guys who love the beloved children's show, and the people who work the muppets professionally and they have already been doing good stuff with it.

My childhood!

EDIT: It is time for the best Muppet movie song:
Tim Curry is the best!

EVERYBODY WANTS TO SIT IN THE BIG CHAIR, MEG!
I have this horrible fear that one day some bastard will try to render them in CG
I hope that something better comes along
