Showing music playing on a website?

I don't really know where to go with this question? But I want a way to show what song and artist I am currently playing on my media player up on our guild's website. Is this possible? and if so how?

Well, one very simple way to do it would be to install the AudioScrobbler plugin for whatever media player you use, and then create an image that displays that data.

You can do this all at www.last.fm.

Ok, not too smart with websites and programming. I got registered and everything. I found how to show last tracks played, is there any way to show in real time what is playing?
