Yes that leaked list was fake. But my info is legit. I just need to be careful who is watching this so I can't say too much.
At the risk of sounding like a troll I can tell you a few third party games. Street fighter X tekken is actually on there. As is a new Marvel vs game from Capcom. Tecmo have Ninja Gaiden III on it as well. The 3DS version will not be there because they are different games. There will be connectivity between the two. Nintendo is hoping to attract a more mature audience with it. The Marvel vs game is not ready to be revealed until Capcom say so. And they have given Nintendo exclusive rights to a new game. I can't say what it is but I can give you a clue. It has been lying in extinction for quite some time. Finally Soul calibur V is also coming from Namco as well as a (unsurprising) ridge racer.
Nintendo have a surprise coming from Retro Studios. I won't say what it is but the rumours are accurate. Once again an attempt to attract an older audience. As for 3DS there will not be many new games shown except one will be a remake of F-Zero X. So you can now enjoy that in glorious 3D.
The new console itself comes in two flavours. One has a hard drive and the other has built in memory so pick your poison.
