The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
I recently bought a new motherboard because my old one was clearly dead. (Push the power button and nothing would happen at all)
I got my new motherboard, hooked it up and now the computer boots up, however nothing shows on the screen, and there are no beeps coming from the motherboard. The Video card, psu, and case fan are all running, but absolutely nothing happens on the screen and again no beeps from the motherboard itself.
The ram and processor are both compatible, and from here on out I have no idea what is going on and would like to know if there is something that I can do to fix this.

Are you sure you're posting this in the right place?
It could be you have a component that's shorting on the board or on one of your peripherals. Try stripping out as many superfluous components as possible, and booting with only one stick of ram.
Swap each stick of ram in on its own and see if you get anything to boot. Pull the CMOS battery and wait for about 30 seconds or so, then put it back in. You should also pull your CPU, wait a minute, then put it back in (make sure your CPU is making full contact with the pads, and that you have it in the correct orientation).
Take a careful look at your motherboard and look for any damaged, leaking or burst capacitors.
Finally, if you have access to it and know how to use one properly, try using a volt meter to see if you're getting current to all parts of your system.
If none of that works you may need to RMA your motherboard.

clear the CMOS
If that doesn't work, you might require more LED lighting. And reseat stuff too to make sure it's all actually connected. So many times things aren't actually plugged in properly.

Lights only go so far.
You'll also need a sweet paintjob. I recommend this for maximum framerate:
and there are no beeps coming from the motherboard.
This tells you everything you need to know about the problem. It's an easy fix, but takes a while to explain, I'll spoiler it. You'll need your windows CD.

If we gave honest advice about computers we would look like a bunch of fucking nerds.
You need to give your computer some space. It just needs some time to figure its issues out. Then it'll come back with its batteries recharged and ready to work things out with you.
