Sounds pretty good. the instrumental sound reminds me of the kings of leon, that Mush one has a little QOTSA-esque thing going on.
i do think that some things perhaps lack a little punch.
I know as a guitarist, especially when there's multiple guitars, it's extemely tempting to just keep on noodling and dicking around in little mellow backgroundriffs (i do it all the time too), i think there could be some more punch and certainty in the chorusses.
Hey there. I usually have plenty to say with people posting music on here. For you it isn't as obvious as most but there are some hickups here and there.
I'm not going to lie, I'm probably the most nitpicky music listener person of all time so what I have to say might come accross as elitist. You can either take what I have to say or leave it. Nothing personal, its just what I hear. I spoilered it so you don't have to read it if you don't want to.
Here's a little bit about me, I've been involved with organized music since I was 5, been playing trumpet for 15 years both in and out of school, and playing guitar for going on 9 years. I have a few music theory classes under my belt, and play music nearly ever day. I have over 1.5 tb of music, and am constantly listening to new stuff.
Here goes...
I'm going to start with the positives.
Your 80's scream thing you got going on is pretty awesome. And for being a throaty vocalist you have some accuracy. Props.
I love the variation between songs. You don't fall into the trap of playing with the same tones and modes all the time.
Your drummer is spot on. Either you're using a program, or he's just damn good.
Your use of "rock interjections" i.e "Ooo!" "Uh!" "babeh!" are not forced. They're pretty fitting and work with what you've got going on.
The not positives:
In mistake nothing, at :20 it sounds very sloppy/stuttered. It doesn't sound intentional is what I'm saying. The drums are very tight, and rigid, whereas your guitar is very loose and free. I'd ether loosen up the drums a bit or make your guitarist play for hours with a metronome. At :41 its obvious you sing with your throat not your diaphragm, and sound a bit like kermit the frog :P
In Blast, what is with your guitar tone. it has no body, no warmth. It sounds like a nasally nerd (mandark from dexters lab comes to mind) in guitar form. Also, I DESPISE a guitarist who plays what is being sung (System of a Down) it shows inherint lack of imagination in the musician who plays along with the vocalist, or vise versa. And the Trill at 3:56 was sloppy and not in time. Usually trills are 32nd or 64th notes in the time signature, not "Play these two notes as fast as you can". (You can tell because he started and ended on the same note. )
Mush- srsly, are you playing on like 2" speakers? I mean it sounds like you're playing in a matchbox. Your guitar tones are severely lacking, not only that but in all your songs so far I feel like I'm straining to hear the guitar. The drums and vocals are ever present, and obvious, but the guitars are mixed almost into obscurity. Is it because your guitarist isn't very confident in his playing? Because it sounds like it.
MAKE HIM PLAY WITH A METRONOME!!!!!
Blessings: Again with the tiny speaker. What are you using to record with? If its a mic and a speaker, GET A BIGGER SPEAKER!!!
If you're using an amp modeler like line6 toneport, STOP USING THE SMALL SPEAKERS!!! They sound TERRIBLE.
Algo-rhythm, aside from making your guitarist play with a metronome, you're singing and playing in 2 different modes... It is really jarring, and is a quick fix. The walking bass at 2:01 ish doesn't mesh with the guitar playing.
Aside from song specifics, you fall into a lot of the typical radio rock lyrical cliches, like having to say the name of your song, IN your song, or Verse Chorus Verse Chorus Bridge Chorus format.
Fuck format. If thats your thing, then run with it, but don't feel like you HAVE to stick with this structure. Some of the greatest songs of all time have no format ("Us and them" Pink Floyd)
The beautiful thing about music is that it is wholly interpretable, and without a bit of artistic diversion music just sounds the same. (Coheed and Cambria, The Mars Volta, Between the Buried and Me, Jason Mraz, Animals as Leaders, Pink Floyd are all groups that take this method to heart) So sit back and ask yourself, "Is this the extent of my artistic ambitions? Or am I just writing another Foo Fighters-ish radio rock album?"

But still, sounds pretty damn descent!
