Whistling with your fingers.

I could never do it personally. I think it's because I have an overbite or something.

There any special technique to it?

    As far as I know, you basically make your normal whistling face and then just sort of force fingers into it, keeping more or less the same basic shape. The increased volume comes from a higher volume of air, as far as I can tell.
