My biggest issue with some combos is I have trouble jumping during them if I'm not super jump cancelling from a launcher.
If it helps you can treat the UF as a link and try to be "crispy" with it. Makes it easier to learn the timing of exactly when you are going to take to the air rather than being sloppy with it. That helped me learn Shuma's little jumping loop bnb.
Yeah if you're not familiar with either it's a touch choice. Marvel is easier according to most including me as it's controls are the most forgiving but Endless Battle lobbies in SSFIV are way better since you can actually watch the other matches and learn from them.
I would say you can't really go wrong with either. I still think I prefer Marvel but I'm starting to like AE a lot more now that I've found some characters that interest me.
All signs say no and that they never intended to "fix" them in the first place. The volume of data is too large and spectating was never considered to be possible.

it's only going to be new discs that have AE on them
That's pretty important for the PS3 since you can't view the not-on-disk packs unless you buy them.
I run the scrubbiest team. And I feel awful about it.
