Mac Cinema Display question

My Mac Pro is gasping on it's final breaths and I gotta replace it soon. I've got my eye on the new sandy bridge iMacs and know that they can be optimized with an additional Mac Cinema Display. The issue is that I've got 2 of the 27 inche Cinema Displays, can they both be hooked up to the new iMac ?

I asume the two thunderbolt ports of the 27'' are used with adaptors in order to connect the two Dell screens.
