Pre-fetch data deleted: culprit?

I'm using Tuneup Utilities 2011, and over the last couple of days it's been telling me that something has been deleting my pre-fetch data, which should slow down the system or at least the startup process. I'm using Windows 7 64-bit. Any idea what programme might be deleting that data? I haven't installed anything lately that should do so, at least not knowingly.

For the record, I'm using O&O Defrag and Avira AntiVir.

    Never used O&O, but I would highly suspect it's doing something to your Prefetch data.
