Given all that, can you really blame her for being a bit xenophobic, particularly when she doesn't let it interfere with doing her job?

    Honestly, if I had had the ability to foresee the "welcome back" I'd receive from Ashley or Kaidan on the
    overrun colony in ME2 I'd have left them both on Virmire, if it were possible.

    Why even have a stupid binary karma system? Why not have NPCs refuse to let you in stores if you're caught stealing too much?

    Or have people just not like you if you do dickish things?

    That way at least the game doesn't treat stealing as 1/3 of a murder or whatever like Fallout 3 does.
