Best value international SIM card?

Hi, I'll be traveling extensively around Europe and I was wondering if anyone here could recommend to me what international SIM card service they used. I'm mainly looking for good coverage and less hassle. I already have a quad band unlocked phone and I will be using the service a lot.

    I've heard good things about Orange. I'm looking into it as well as I need to jailbreak my iPhone 4 for my four months in France. Unfortunately, the firmware seems resistant at this point from what I've read. :(
