The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
I recently picked up this title at Walmart for $18.99. I don't know why I just did because the art was cool. The only other westling game I own is Legends of Wrestling II for the GC because it had my childhood heroes in it.
So before I play this what is your opinion on this?
I've heard it's one of thr better PS2 wrestling titles, besides it obviously being a T&A fest

I haven't played many wresting titles, only one, so I wouldn't know what to look out for and such. Are there a variety of characters? Lots of them or just a few? How are the controls like? Is there a story mode?
If you like games with 'bad' voice acting, corny storylines, etc. then this game is quite amazing. Just pick a character that looks interesting, figure out the fairly simple combat engine in a few minutes, and then play through story mode. Laughs a-plenty!
I bought it for like $10 at Blockbuster and had a lot of fun with it. the game control is pretty good and the way it does they signature moves is pretty cool/flashy.
The story mode is corny but funny as well. you have two versions of each wrestler. a "face" (good guy) and "Heal" (bad guy) that you unlock after you beat it as them. there is plenty of T&A to go around in the game such as the "mud match" :winky:
Only complaints are lack of match options(singles matches only) and the fact that you can't have both the heel and face version of a character unlocked at the same time in exhibition(ie. 2 player mode) without a cheat code.
My brother was willing to buy it, but felt too embarrassed getting the woman at cash to ring it up so he gave me the cash and I bought it.

Better than it should've been, but not the most engaging experience in the world, depending on what sort of experience you're engaging in when you play it.
If you're into goofy joshi storylines and boobs bouncing around, you've got your thing.
I enjoyed the hell out of this game, and yes, the boobies helped. I actually don't enjoy wrestling games much but it actually was pretty hella fun. It had a little depth to it, and the various unlocks were quite entertaining. So yes, basically a solid wrestling game (For me) with a lot of T&A.

I actually really liked the heel/face mechanic they tried to include, and think that if they fleshed it out a lot more it could really make for an interesting wrestling series. Especially if it gave you dark/lightside points depending on how you wrestled and not just based on the wagering system.
The controls aren't quite up to the gold standard of games like Fire Pro Wrestling or Def Jam Vendetta, but they do well enough. Now if only the computer weren't a cheating whore we'd have a nice solid title on our hands.
I must admit though, the sheer audacity of some of the fan service in the game shocked even me. Especially the 360 version with its adjustable boobies.

That's not a good thing to me.

And there was something deeply disturbing (but awfully amusing) about watching CGI characters gyrating on pools/school desks.
Horrible horrible game.
