Trying to re-find a short story horror website

I'm trying to re-locate a website about a town a lot like Silent Hill (called Darkness Falls or Coffin Rock or similar) that was made by user submitted stories. At the time I found it, it only had one story on it, about a neighboring town where everyone vanished and the police were called. The story is made up from the written accounts of the officers involved and ended with
