Want a chance to win some free Phoenix Wright stuff? Capcom's doing a little contest for the third Phoenix Wright game. Basically, you gotta use the artwork and word bubbles provided to make a comic that tells them why they should bring over the third Gyakuten Saiban game. The winner gets some free figurines from Japan. Here is the info from Capcom's forums,

So who here would love for the third game to come out? Is anyone interested in doing this? I might put in an entry myself, if I can think of something in between classwork among other things.

    At the very least, the existence of this contest makes me confident they've already decided to localize the third game.

    "Contest is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at time of entry and a legal resident of the United States."

    Which I'm assuming means also at the time of entry. Buttclusters.

    Get #1 at any cost. The bonus case is by far the best thing about PW to hit North America so far.

    Well, I remember hearing a while back that they were going to skip over the third one and just localize the DS only Gyakuten Saiban 4. This is extremely good news, and they're going about it in an awesome way, so hooray for us!

    So is the third game out on DS in Japan or something, I can only find the GBA version on play-asia.

    No, not yet.

    It's hard to imagine that it's going to be 2 years, probably, before we get Phoenix Wright 4. A year for PW 3.

    I was never really worried about whether they would bring it over, but they haven't made any official announcement, so there was always a chance we'd be shafted. Now it looks like there's no chance at all, at least for the third game.
