I plan on renting bully.but if its really long I'd rather not risk it and just buy it.if its the first playthrough and I dont know what to do.How long will it take to finish?
i'd agree with around 12 hours. but if you are one to get all the micro missions and such, that it can easily be a some hours longer. really fun game. great music.
Wouldn't a review, such as those at Gamespot, IGN, Gamefaqs, or anywhere, mention this somewhere?
To be honest, it's not like you usually get a good time estimate from a reviewer. I'd say that Bully is good for around 20 hours or so, after that it starts to wear i bit thin in my opinion. It's a great game but it could have used a few more features, hopefully Rockstar will keep supporting and developing this IP further in the future as they did with GTA.
Loading times seem to make the game twice as long as it really is. And the stifling controls, where you press forward and have to wait half a second before the character actually moves.

ignore him, the load times are not bad at all and I never noticed the controls do that, so it may just be him.
I spent between 10-15 hours on Bully, I enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone.
There were loading times? I never noticed anything outside of the initial load.
When its all said and done, i.e. over, there isn't a huge reason to keep playing but while it lasts, which is a good while, its a really good game that I recommend to people in the store I work. But it isn't GTA so there aren't hordes of side quests or businesses to run because you're like 13. Hell, the seasonal stuff alone almost makes it worth it, its all beautifully crafted and I imagine they won't leave it without a sequel.
