Sword? What the fuck? How does that look like a sword.
If the image is displaying darker than usual on your screen (as it is on mine), you might not see the circular bit on the top, in which case it looks sort of like a glowing sword/brand.

My level 20 Draenei Mage...probably the best he's going to look until 40 or so. I hate how Blizz lulls you into this false sense of reality with all the nice looking rewards from the new races areas. Then you step out at level 20 and go do a quest, your intricately sewn blue and gold robe has suddenly been replaced by a large piece of stained canvas.
I have a Draenei Mage on Dark Iron as well, and I got some pretty robes off a rare spawn in Bloodmyst. Now, Corsair's Overshirt ain't a bad looking tunic, but I was sad to let go of my robes.

Eh. I wouldn't wear it all the time just to have better Evocations [which usually get me to 100% regardless], but I guess if you were interested in microing so much at that level, you could swap it out when you Evocate...

LEVEL 10 - It's good to have a friend that buys you the vendor set.
LEVEL 20 - It's awesome to look this good so early.
LEVEL 30 - I looked pretty generic for many many levels.
LEVEL 40 - See?
LEVEL 45 - Just because i looked kickass, for about 2 levels.
LEVEL 50 - Grizzled Veteran (My favorite look so far)
LEVEL 60 - I look level 6.
