Custom/Blank Risk Board (SOLVED) (mostly)

For a work project I'm interested in making up a custom Risk board but I've been shooting in the dark at the Internet and haven't had luck finding a blank or easily customized board. My ideal solution would be an electronic template that I could fill "country" names into and print out. Does anyone have or have you seen anything like this?

I'm not sure why anyone would bother making that...even if the names were blank they would all still clearly be the same countries.

Because Risk boards aren't just maps, they've got some countries mashed together in order to make the game work. Plus there's the boards like the star wars or LOTR versions that are made up, not real world based, so there are other boards floating around. I neither have the skill nor can be arsed to draw my own blank so I figured I'd see if someone already had one.
