Best PSN Games?

I have some PSN points to blow so right now I'm looking for some recommendations. I'm open to PSOne games as well.
Right now I have FF7, Outland, Super Stardust, Pixel Junk Shooter, and Wipeout HD. I was pretty big on XBLA games, so I don't know a lot about PSN exclusives. I'm also mainly looking for single player games, as I don't play a lot of multiplayer.
Castelvania: Symphony of the Night is a good game.
Fat Princess is multiplayer but so chaotic that it's almost like a 1p game, and lots of fun.
Castle Crashers is a good time 1p, shines in local coop.
Are you saying that because the 360 pinball game is better? I don't have either game (I have both systems), but I was thinking of getting a pinball game soon.

From what I've heard the 360 version handles high scores with friends better or something.
I actually do have it for 360, but don't really have any friends who play it.
The new profiles are dumb and have no location, so I'm assuming you're in the US? Well you've got some pretty awesome PS1 games to pick from. Xenogears, Parasite Eve, Suikoden, etc. But if you're looking for a newer experience, I'd recommend Flower. That game is fucking amazing.
If you're a Tetris fan, the PSN version is really fantastic.
For some reason I just can't stand the audio in this version. The sound effects really get on my nerves and while I thought I liked the music at first, a lot of the songs like the main menu one I just can't stand.
Flower is kind of polarizing. I think it's boring, but you might end up liking it. I'd recommend Crash Commando, but it is definitely more fun with people rather than bots.
Battlefield 1943 is pretty much the perfect "I want to play an FPS on my TV but fuck me I really don't want to shell out for an Xbox Live gold subscription right now" game.
Edit: Also, if memory serves, RE2 is only six bucks and is awesome.
The PS3 version of Burnout Paradise is also on the PSN and is supposedly slightly better than the 360 version if you don't already have that.
If you like PS1 games there are some gems on there that were worth a small fortune at one time. Xenogears is a lovely game and was at least $150 if not more before it came out on the PSN.
If you have not played Beyond Good and Evil, that is on the PSN these days. Of course, I think it is on the Xbox marketplace so you might already have gotten it.

There are many others like it, but this one is mine.

last I remember everyone pretty much quit because the netcode wasn't so hot and it was impossible to find a game that wasn't 90% bots
Could I have been playing Fat Princess all this time?!
Also, Flower is an absolutely spectacular experience.
