Does opening photoshop turn off your sound for flash based players? (pandora,youtube)

Everytime open photoshop/save a document/open a document. My sound goes away.

Its only if im actualy playing the sound. All i can do for now is pause pandora everytime i want to save.

Anyone else have this problem?

    If you are using windows 7/vista check your volume control. Make sure windows 7/vista is not automatically dropping the volume on your internet browser of choice after you open photoshop. If it is crank it back up.

    Not my sound, but my escape key always gets disabled when I have PSE 8 open.
