Yeah. I haven't been around a lot the last year or so. I was getting nostalgic for my halcyon days of H/R posting. The jokes, the fun. The time my college roomate decided it would be funny to post hardcore porn on this forum thus getting me banned. funtimes.

I am both a veteran SE++ poster and a veteran!

I actually joined the forums while I was in the Army. I was stationed in buttfuck, AZ, and worked in a server room, so most of the time I was sitting in there, waiting for something to break so I could fix it. I was one of maybe four soldiers that worked in the room that was otherwise staffed by around 3 dozen civilian contractors.

I...had a lot of free time on my hands.

Haha, I actually made this account when I was stationed in Buttfuck, CA - as a fresh boot camp grad. I had an account from when I was back in high school too, but I disowned it because I couldn't remember my password and decided I wanted a new user name anyway.
Now I have all kinds of free time to post working night shift for the Air Force. Looking at going back in the MC Reserve, though, cause being around all these Airmen all the time makes me feel undisciplined and kind of dirty.

Oh, and speaking of veterans, I found out today that my best friend is back from Afghanistan! Can't wait to go see him!

I don't remember specific instances from the old days. I remember the people that I didn't get along with, and I remember my friends, but not much beyond that.
