I've ordered a couple of times from the store. IIRC at the time the postage cost to the UK was about $30-40. One year my order got lost and had to be resent, another time I got hit for customs duty as well.
I'm pretty sure at checkout there is an option for international shipping.
I just ordered PA stuff to be sent to bumf*ck Australia, and they're sending it to me no worries (although, it's currently 1 week past the "due by" date...)
Use www.xe.com if you need to convert prices. With the Aussie dollar at the moment, I just looked at the total and knocked a few bucks off... blam!

So did they convert to Dollars in the checkout part? Or did it just stay at USD?
I've demonstrated there's no difference between me and everyone else! All it takes is one bad day to reduce the sanest man alive to lunacy.
You pay USD, your bank will do the conversion, the exchange rate is a bit worse than xe shows as that's the right banks trade to each other. Sometimes they will charge you for the privilege as well.

Pretty much this. The bank does the conversion at a slightly worse rate but it's not that bad really.
