Blackberry Voicemail

So, I've had a new Blackberry Curve for about 3 months and never had issues. Now, for whatever reason, voicemail won't pick up when I try to check it. When I call my number or use the call voicemail option, it just rings forever and never picks up. Please Help!

    You may want to check with your cellular provider. Sometimes voicemail gets reset when changes to your account are made, and needs to be set up again.

    edit - This problem may not be a function of your blackberry itself, but a service provider issue.

    ya, that's what I was afraid of. It's a work phone, but I also use it for my primary since they let me and I don't want to be at the mercy of the IT dept. Oh, well...

    Have you tried calling your phone from another phone and trying to check your voicemail that way?

    ya, I ended up handing it over to IT so this is pretty much solved. apparently an ATT update screwed up my voicemail, so they deleted the old access and now I have a new one.
