It's fair to say though that if you don't join the league today, you're going to get what you get in terms of team rosters. Since the draft is tonight.

With that being said, fantasy drafts do tend to completely even out the league, so as long as you join in the first week, you will get a competitive team and probably not even suffer a CPU loss.

I don't think two a week would be all that bad either.

As it stands right now I'll only have 5 games against actual humans. Most of the time we'll be playing the CPU and those should be easy to get out of the way.

i was so out of my element. The stupid gameflow by default, the amount of times you can challenge, etc etc.

Just hit square and it brings up the normal playcalling menu. I don't ever use the gameflow thing either.

I literally buy this game every year, and every single year I decide "It is ok, but I shouldn't have paid retail, next year will be different" - next year is never different....

I like what they did with the running game, it feels more like playing a football game ... I can actually call running plays in games and not just run into an offensive line with no holes until I decide to pass every down and fail at that too. The user interface is better than it used to be, by a lot. They still have the stupid multi-phase save system, which has never made sense to me. And the fact that the default option in the confirmation menu of almost every action is weird.

Exit Game -> Restart?

Really? Is replay the same game you just finished so damn popular that it is the default choice of exiting a game? I've once chosen it because I wasn't paying much attention after a last second win in franchise mode.

And we are now on the 7th current gen madden, they still haven't fixed the presentation of franchise in any tangible sense. I don't care if the Buffalo Bills "stud" linebacker POZ was, at the time of creating the voice overs, well respected. At the begining of the game, talk up the players who have actually been playing well, don't just repeat that the same guy is the real dominant force in my defense every game when he really isn't... What if I trade him, what will you say THEN Chris?! WHAT WILL YOU FUCKING SAY THEN?!

And they call my awesome rookie defensive tackle Marcel Darius some entirely wrong name....

and his name is Ochocinco now, assholes, not Chad Johnson... just get some of the little things right EA

I just threw 5 INTs in a preseason game in one half. Can't wait to see some slider info to make the game more realistic.
