There's no thread about the double posts?

There's a lotta double posts. Sometimes even triple posts, but on a refresh, they disappear.

Maybe put a 1 second post limit up? Or give us the ability to delete our own double posts?

Cheers. :3

I've noticed my double-posts seem to happen when I click post reply right as a draft is being saved. The post will be made, but I won't see it, so I'll go to post again, and it becomes a double post.

Is there seriously no minimum time between posts?

They moistly come out at night, moistly.

"Vanilla" means "plain" in this case. The new boards only have the barest minimum features they needed to be close enough to the old boards to allow mods and users a functionally similar experience. Lots of things are in the works, but we're starting out with a stripped-down version, because Vanilla works based on plug-in, and they want to make sure plug-ins aren't too fouled up before implementing them board-wide.

That's an interesting theory... maybe that is what is happening? I'm not double clicking the post a reply button when I end up with double posts... sometimes I don't think many of us are.

I know at times I'll click the post button and the text doesn't clear down here. I'll open up a second window to check to see if my post was made, even ctrl+f5 it and see that it's still not and then attempt again and it ends up being a double post...

edit: On occasion too, if I fix a typo in prep to edit a post before it finishes posting, I've also had this happen.
