I've always had one but its back in Iran and winter is approaching so I would like to get one. I searched google, but I don't know if the websites are good or not. Does anyone know of a brick and mortar store which sells it or an online store thats reputable which selling SOviet era overcoats?

Look you're not going to find a ton of people here who frequent soviet-power.com, so you should maybe see if you can find some reviews of it.
The reviews are mostly fine if you Google "soviet power reviews". Nothing too terrible. Just a few stories about people getting the wrong merchandise, but nothing major. Lots of people seemed happy with it.
