A few facts I remember. A blonde haired protagonist wakes up from sleep at the beginning. Then he get's into a fight in the desert with a gang. The leader of the gang is a huge man. The protagonist uses a knife to cut off both his arms below the elbow. Later in the anime the gang and the protagonist attack a facility in battle armor and the protagonist then betrays everyone.
