Looking for a particular Top Gear Episode

Hiya all,
I'm trying to find out which episode this was. Can't really remember much of it except for one thing: It ends with Jeremy Clarkson driving a car (could be a supercar) while he does a voice-over saying that these may be the last ones ever built. (Something about diesel and efficiency.) And while he drives away the credits start to roll. I think it may have been a series-ending episode, but I'm not really sure.
Other than that I can't quite place it, sorry.
Anyone knows which episode I'm talking about?
