    It seems that I can't load any websites apart from this one. Which loads and refreshes just fine except for externally hosted images.

    Usually what happens after a big event is we get a tonne of new people joining the forums, many of whom haven't actually been on a forum before, and certainly haven't lurked the MSPA ones. And then a lot of them will make threads to ask trivial questions or point out something that just happened in the flash. I think the theory is that this time it might be exceptionally crazy in there, so there's an attempt to head it off at the pass.
