    Strategic Planning
    You do not have to pay Command Counters from your Strategy Allocation area in order to execute the secondary ability of Strategy Cards for the remainder of the game round.

    Lazax, do you have another Action Card you want to play? Otherwise, we'll move on to Strategy Card selection, starting with the Jol-Nar and moving clockwise about the table. The (8) Industry Strategy Card has 1 bonus counter on it that should be converted into a Trade Good or Command Counter immediately upon the Strategy Card's selection.

    Round 5: Start of Action Phase

    Record of Actions

    During the Strategy Phase, Sol played Action Card "Strategic Planning", allowing them to play on the secondary ability of strategy cards during the round for no Command Counter cost.
    Lazax played Action Card "Signal Jamming", targeting Sol at The Outer Edge.
    Lazax played Action Card "Strategic Shift", preventing the selection of the (6) Warfare Strategy Card during the current Strategy Phase.
    Sol converts a bonus counter from selecting (8) Industry into a command counter, placing it into FS. (FS 5 --> 6)
    N'orr is forced to choose (2) Diplomacy, since (6) Warfare cannot be selected.

    Take a transfer action, activating Starpoint/New Albion with a CC and our home system with a CC from reserves.

    Move 2 cruisers and a carrier with 3 fighters from home system to Starpoint/New Albion.

    Exhaust Starpoint (3R), New Albion (1R), Archon Ren (2R), Archon Tau (1R), Tequ'ran (2R) to produce 4 cruisers and a destroyer in our home system.
