I need to do video and audio capture. Video will be of an OpenGL game. Audio will be from mic. Platform is Windows 7 64-bit. What are some good free or not free programs? The idea to to take commentary on a game to be posted to youtube.

FRAPS and Dxtory spring to mind. I know FRAPS has a free version with limited functionality but I dont think Dxtory does (I could be wrong about this though. The full version of FRAPS will run you about $37, and Dxtory will run you about $45.

I would say CamStudio, since I've seen a lot of Let's Players use it, but when I recommended it on here a little while ago the person I recommended it to mentioned that they were having trouble getting it to work in a similar context to yours? (I think they were working with DirectX, not OpenGL, but I could be wrong.) It may have been a case of them missing something, or it may be difficult to get it going, I don't know (I haven't actually used CamStudio, just heard LPers mention it several times) but hey, it's free, so no reason not to give it a shot, see if it can do what you're looking for.
