Trouble installing Norton 360

I am trying to install Norton 360 ver. 5.0 on a Vista 32 bit Home Premium computer. It installed but will not updated. It states that the definitions are 188 days old. The live update is unable to process the updates.

Edit: Looks like it may be an issue on their end. Has anyone else come to this conclusion?

    I'm afraid you're not getting much response because almost no one here uses Symantec for their AV, most of us use either Microsoft Security Essentials or AVG, mostly due to the cost advantage.
