Well yes, this sticks to the wall, but can it rotate? (Monitor Mounting)

I use to have an old dell monitor, and one of the less used, but very nice features of it is it could switch from a horizontal orientation to a vertical orientation. I'm trying to find a fairly cheap mount that would allow me to do this with my current 26" monitor, but I'm not having any luck finding something that I know for sure supports this feature. Unfortunately nothing I've found specifically says that rolling (without removing the monitor) is possible. Does anyone know of a mount that is fairly cheap (like, under $30 on amazon or newegg) that would support this? Possibly something that would also be able to be swiveled to different angles?

Edit: I'm a dumbass. I have a 26" monitor, not 30". Ha!

No I don't.

Never buy a wall mount anywhere else. Even with import taxes and shipping to Canada, I saved hundreds of dollars.

I used to get (and shop) for mounts on eBay. There's a billion out there, and the eBay prices were typically less than half compared to what was offered at computer stores. It can be difficult to sift through them all, but yes, I had two desk mounts that allowed for screen rotation.
