    I have about 15 gifts now and I'm getting a lot of duplicates. Trying something different by joining an honor system rotation server

    also I feel like some halloween items are rarer than others

    I see soldier shoes and scout arms drop constantly

    almost never see the hat type items

    I did that last year with some friends, except it was FFA and you gave any duplicates (or if you had the Hale mask, ones you didn't need) to the others who were cooperating.

    nobody plays on HonC anymore because of all the pubbers

    better an empty PA server than a full server that PAers can't or won't use.

    HoNC is the server that has all the cool community maps and sourcevote and all that pizzazz

    They used to all be passworded, and people stopped playing on them. They were generally empty, while people were still paying for them.
