Cropping a Banner (Photoshop)

So I'm completely forgetting a simple tool I've used in the past. I have a banner for the top of a website and am wanting to cut up the buttons at the bottom of it. I know there's a way to set the height and width of what I want to crop so I can be more precise, but it's slipping my mind

Just type the height and width up in the option bar once you've selected the crop tool.
