Stayed at the girlfriend's place last night, got a phone call around 12:30 saying my roommates got MW3.

Girlfriend gets supremely angry that my friends want me to go home and play MW3 all night, large amount of yelling at my general person ensues, told her I wasn't leaving and that I told them I wasn't going to play with them tonight.

She kicks me out and I go play MW3 anyways. Pretty awesome game I gotta say.

I've been reliably informed that A LOT of characters die in the single player.

Playing Call of Duty for the plot? Really?

I mean it's all in the execution. It's not about knowing that oh there's a nuke and you get to see it from the POV of an astronaut. You got to live those moments, that's the entire appeal of a CoD campaign.

Actually I thought Black Ops was even more ridiculous than MW for its plot. Manchurian Candidate mind-control and shit.

Also the whole thing about there being guns that didn't exist in the 60s. But that's more of a setting thing than a plot thing.
