    Someday, I'm actually going to read and completely understand all of the information available to me in a game.

    Then I'll become unstoppable.

    But until then, I'll have games like this where I spend an entire turn stacking Estalia with clan rats because I think my upgrade triggers when I dominate a region.

    (Turns out it only triggers when a region is ruined.)

    Round 3, Corruption phase

    Board after battle:

    Skavengers - place a Skaven at a Warpstone
    Reavers - remove a Peasant at Event

    Chaos effects:
    Norsca: Warpstorm (Place a Warpstone with a kill)
    Troll Country: Havoc (warriors and greater daemons place corruption instead of battling)
    The Empire: Festival (+1 PP for each figure summoned here by an opponent) qne Ascension (place a warrior or cultist here if dominated)
    Estalia: Horde (+1 PP for others to act here while someone is outnumbered by rats) and Cache (save the card if dominated; may turn in later for 2 PP at start of summoning)
    Border Princes: Festival (+1 PP for each figure summoned here by an opponent) and Creeping (N places corruption in each adjacent region if he dominates)

    Domination step:
    Norsca: +1 VP
    Troll Country: +1 VP
    Kislev: +4 VP
    The Empire: +5 VP, daemonette ascends
    Estalia: +5 VP, Cache triggers, DAC
    The Border Princes: +2 VP, Death Creeps out
    The Badlands: +1 VP

    Corruption step:
    Norsca: +3 DAC
    Troll Country: +1, +2, DAC, +3 DAC
    Kislev: +1, +2, DAC, +1
    The Empire: +2
    Border Princes: +1, +4
    The Badlands: +3

    Check for ruination:
    Troll Country is the first region ruined (+3 VP, +3 VP, +3 VP, +3 VP)
    Kislev is the second region ruined (+4 VP, +4 VP, +4 VP)

    Updated VP:
    4 + 11 = 15 VP
    3 + 9 = 12 VP
    5 + 6 = 11 VP
    7 + 12 = 19 VP
    8 + 5 = 13 VP

    2. Hero Tokens are resolved - Heroes attack Tzeentch in Troll Country and a bloodsworn in Kislev

    3. Resolve Old World cards - jdarksun to place a new Skaven at a Warpstone; reavers claim a peasant in Tilea

    4. Score Ruined Regions -
    Troll Country: +6 VP, +3 VP
    Kislev: +9 VP, +4 VP


    5. Advance Threat Dials - Tzeentch has the most and ticks twice; everyone else ticks once
    14 - Draw 2 Cards
    10 - Remove 1 Corruption
    21 - Place 2 Warpstones
    25 - Upgrade

    11 - Upgrade
    12 - Score 3 VP


    Updated VP:
    Khorne:15 VP
    Nurgle: 12 + 4 = 16 VP
    Tzeentch: 11 + 6 = 17 VP
    Slaanesh: 19 + 12 = 31 VP
    The Horned Rat: 13 + 3 = 15 VP


    6. Check for Game end - The game does not end

    Why would the BP ruin? There's only 11 corruption there with no Warpstones. (Rats only count after the region is ruined from other sources.)

    Q: For the β€œPlunged into Chaos” card, does anyone score the three bonus victory points if two or more players are tied for the most collected Peasant tokens?
    A: No. The three bonus victory points are only awarded if a single player has more Peasant tokens than all other players.

    Okay, so Priority #1: Prevent Tzeentch from double dialing.

    Priority #2: Prevent Slaanesh from gaining 18+ victory points.

    Ideally we'd prevent Tzeentch from getting any dial ticks at all, but that seems unlikely.

    Unfortunately, my deck appears to be woefully low on "screw other players" cards, so I'm not sure how much I can contribute. I guess we'll see what happens.

    For now, Skitterleap in Estalia.
