Adverts keep causing crashes

I don't know how or why it keeps happening, but when I try and load a video (Episode 17 of Extra Creditz to be exact), the browser freezes and crashes shortly after the advert finishes or trying to end it early when given the chance.
Yes, I have tried clearing my browser cache, but that doesn't appear to have made the slightest bit of difference.
Is this something that's going on with the player in general or is this just something that's only happen with me?
