Can't find that webcomic! [Solved]

Hey guys, was trying to find a comic I had seen on the web that I can't seem to find anymore. I believe it was a webcomic, if not it was just a one off, nothing licensed by DC or anything. It was about batman slowly losing it. He starts sleeping on rooftops, gains some compulsions, and starts thinking of a way to leave marks on the criminals he catches so they will be branded and can be ostracized and serve as an example to others. Eventually he starts doing this by using a device that cuts the lips off the criminals. It was done in a kind of cutesy style that really contrasted the grimness of the subject matter if I recall correctly.

I wouldn't say it's a cutesy style, but it's definitely a less realistic style.
