This Wednesday, Green Wake #7 comes out and I wanted to start talking a bit about the series and to get a little more active in the forum communities. Cool, I've been following this comic for a while. I still need to read #5 and #6, though. You've been doing a good job so far. I like the lack of predictability.
I'm currently wrestling with my publisher about date and day digital (pretty sure it was you asking about that). I'm still not 100% sure since as creators we make more income per sale from print than copy. At least, right now we do. I sense that will all be changing very soon. I've heard rumours floating around that digital sales doubled in 2011 alone.
Yeah, the originality with this story has been really a pleasant surprise. (not that I am surprised that it's original, it is just really great, in general, to be surprised by a comic)
