Hey quick question for you all high level ELO players out there. I've noticed on streams that they can make the mouse hand (gauntlet?) change to blue. Normally, when I play it just makes the green arrow, but I've seen this done repeatedly and occasionally you see a fist emerge as well. What binds are doing these alterations? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

Banning Vayne means that someone equally or even more as nasty is going to get through, though.

Kassadin, Shaco, Tryndamere, Sion, Morgana are the top 5 I see these days. Beyond that, Riven, Skarner, and the occasional Voli/Wukong ban.
