    Mine are: 2 types of peppermint bark (milk + dark chocolate) and triple ginger gingersnaps.

    Sorry the photo is awful, but my sister is over my shoulder making non-stop poop jokes, and I have the sense of potty humor of a 9 year old boy.

    baked some chocolate cookies without baking soda. they look ok though

    what does cardamom taste like raijin, don't think I've ever had it

    Cardamom is related to ginger. Basically they taste like an orange spice cookie.

    Phase 1 of the venetian squares is complete. 2 hours with my wife's help and the cookie is only halfway done. Usually I just wait for my mother-in-law to decide to bake these things and send them to me. Now I almost don't want to let them go! Thankfully, the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies are way simpler.

    Seriously though, I wish I had more excuses to bake like this. Super fun :)

    So I copied @Raijin Quickfoot and made orange cardamom cookies because cardamom.

    Actually I made them, and as they were cooling, I saw your post about them on Facebook, Raijin. I got a little freaked out, to be honest.
