Cell Phone Repeater At Work

We've got an AT&T cell phone repeater right outside my office for our fleet guys (they use AT&T), but the rest of the company is on Verizon. THe rest of us don't get reception because we're under concrete. Is there an easy way to re-jigger this so that both signals are repeated? I don't know a whole heck of a lot about this stuff, I just know my productivity is way too high right now.
If it's an inexpensive solution, I might be able to convince facilities to make it happen.
