So I'm wanting to do some small film projects, mostly to get the hang of shooting, editing, etc. I wanted to know if you guys know of any cheap cameras out there that shoot reasonably well. My school has the really big expensive ones available for loan, but they're constantly out, so yeah.
I'm looking in the $100-150 range, and firewire connectivity is preferred.
You can still use craigslist even if you don't have a car. You live in Santa Cruz, not the boonies. I always meet someone in a bar or coffee shop for craigslist transactions, you can get to a place like that can't you?
Don't reply to this, do it in a PM because I don't want to derail this guys thread.
Ebay just has a general web sleaze; sort of like Yahoo before they redesigned. They're really behind on the times, and their antiquated user base (they're like, the opposite of Digg.com's users, or Netflix) just holds the entire site back. Not to mention scamming.
Craigslist is like your local grocer and Ebay is like WalMart.
Yeah, set up a local meet like the guy above said. Craigslist is god.
