I can't view any comic other than that one. The article links work correctly.
One thing I noticed (not sure it's a bug):
1) Go to http://penny-arcade.com/comic/.
2) Hitting the back button takes you to the previous comic (http://penny-arcade.com/comic/2011/12/26).
3) Hitting the forward button from there takes you to the next (current) strip but the link is http://penny-arcade.com/resources/real-talk.html instead of the normal http://penny-arcade.com/comic/2011/12/28.
4) Hitting forward again takes you to http://penny-arcade.com/comic/, which is the same (current) comic.
