DNS Cache poisoning - anything to worry about?

A few minutes ago, ESET Smart Security popped up saying it had detected a DNS Cache poisoning attack. I was browsing Rock Paper Shotgun and using Steam at the time. I changed my DNS settings to default instead of OpenDNS which I was using, in case they'd been hacked. I deleted my DNS cache using CCleaner, and am doing a quick scan with ESET. Do I need to do anything else, or have I done all I can?
EDIT: It didn't say it had taken any action, just detected it.
