best places/methods to sell an ipod?

i received a 2nd generation, 8 gig ipod touch and wanted to sell it for as much as possible. it was a gift from my mom so i can't return it without hurting her feelings, hence why i'm selling it (i've got a zune, lol). most trade in sites and places like best buy and gamestop are rip offs.
i've put it on craigslist but the only interested people are over an hour away. i will keep posting it there but in the mean time, where is the best place to get cash for my ipod? a pawn shop, or should i try ebay?

eBay would be the one.

Yeah I've had reasonably good luck selling used Macs and iPods on ebay. Even broken ones get something for the parts.
