Smooth jazz suggestions.

I am playing SimCity 3000 again, and I am really digging the soundtrack. However, even though I have listened to tons of early R&B and swing jazz, I don't know where to quite start when it comes to finding more smooth jazz. Anyone have any suggestions for artists to take a look at?

Not a big fan, sorry. I am more of an Amon Tobin person... In fact, that is all I listen to these days...

Any serious suggestions? Stuff that sounds like the SimCIty 3000 soundtrack. That is all I am looking for.
