So Cancer?

So about two months ago i was diagnosed with kidney cancer. And on January 19th i went in for surgery and had my left kidney completely removed. After many test and shit, i am finally back in school, now every three months i have to see a specialist and get a cat scan done. Every six months i need to go for blood work and ultrasounds. The specialists said that this was a rare type of cancer and non-aggressive. This all started from a pain in my side... My 19th birthday is coming up soon so fuck this is some crazy shit. The scar on my left side is a foot long and it's 27 staples.. I have a pic i can show but it might be NSFW.

*UPDATE*

here's the picture of the scar sorry guys, i had an earlier one that was just after the surgery, the scar was still open an oozing but here it is after.

so it's not NSFW.

    I had some melanoma cells crawling in my skin.

    They were removed, but the scars are really big*

    I have a rather light rash on my left elbow-ish area that's just been there for like three months. No change in size, really, but I'm starting to think I should have a dermatologist take a sample of this thing.

    I asked my dad before he passed away, and he stated pretty adamantly that cancer does not in fact tickle.

    Im pretty sure everyone everywhere knows someone who has died from Cancer.

    I myself know 2 who died about 10 years ago. Sad times.

    I don't know anyone with cancer.

    My grandmother had breast cancer, but they cut off the offending breast. So it didn't kill her.

    My grandfather should have died from cancer but a cobination of surgery and shitloads of malt liquor has given him new life.

    What kind of man is an alcoholic for 40 years and instead of liver cancer he gets thyroid cancer and beats it.

    i had a lymphoid melanoma. benign thank goodness. so, it was just really fuck off annoying.

    thank god for insurance. 15+k of tests and surgery.

    lovely scar in the end.

    chicks dig scars, so it's kinda cool.

    I can atest that this kind of situation is the most depressing thing that can ever happen.

    I was walking home from school like 4 or 5 years ago and a bus hit this kid 2 years below me and crushed his chest. I ran over and he looked right at me as blood spurted out his mouth and he died. This was seconds after the accident.

    Really, really not cool. Had counselling for a bit and got over it (mainly due to not knowing who he was) but god fucking damn.
