Whats the best thing your GM ever did? Specifically what are the best things a Game Master has done to make your game more enjoyable?

Like for instance I have had GM's bring in hand painted miniatures for all the monsters, but on the down side he demanded we all bring in miniatures to represent there characters and he said they had to be the right race/class and that they had to be painted, but still it helped draw me into the adventure.

Alright, so I was thinking and had a few more ideas as to what a GM could do to create a better game, but keep in mind that some of these rely on money and or time that many GM's may not have.

    provides all dice
provides all games (for board games, card games, ect)
    provides all rule books
    has minis for all monsters
    uses 3d maps and terrain
    has minis for all npc's
    uses props
uses a digital projector as a top down display of the battle map
    uses mood setting music
    uses sound effects
    uses mood lighting
    uses a fog machine
does voices and accents for the npc's
    provides the gaming space
provides a clean, friendly, safe gaming space
is willing to teach you the rules to a new game if you don't know them
is willing to help you through character creation
uses only custom written adventures (that he writes himself)
    provides food, snacks, drinks

Anyone else who can think of anything please feel free to post!

You need to re-post this here. Even if you're not talking solely D&D, you'll get a better response.
